Who is Lilo for?

Anyone looking for more simplicity and organisation to take care of their health.

Lilo is flexible and adapts according to what you need. Most commonly, customers are seeking to lower their blood cholesterol, blood pressure, weight, or blood sugar. they understand the need to adopt healthy behaviours in order to reduce their risks of developing a heavy, chronic disease.

Because Lilo is flexible, even if you show no clear signs of risks, you may find Lilo to be a fantastic tool to keep track of your health, and build up healthy routines that will help you later down the line.

As a matter of fact, if you are over 40 years old, we would highly advise that you at least keep en eye on some of the essentials: blood markers (lipids, sugar, vital organs, inflammation), blood pressure, and BMI.

How many languages is Lilo available in?

Today, Lilo One Health Assistant is available in English and French language. We are planning to include more languages soon (especially Dutch, German and Spanish).

How is my information protected?

Lilo uses best practices in data protection and processing in order to make sure your data is safely handled.
We have implemented a variety of pseudonymization and encryption policies and mechanisms that allow us to separate your account and contact details from your health information. This means that when processing your data you represent a string of randomly generated letters, numbers and symbols and we do not know who you are. Finally, we do not sell your data.

Where can I download your app?

Lilo One Health is available on both the Apple Store and the Google Play Store.

How do I cancel my current subscription?

If you have an Apple device, you can manage your subscription by going to Settings, tapping on your Name and then Subscriptions.

If you have the app downloaded from Google Play Store, open the Google Play Store app, go to Menu and open Subscriptions. Find the subscription you want to update.
